November Activity Check - Update

Happy December, everyone! We previously announced that this month's activity check would be a check-in, owing to the season and a number of players having commitments outside the game. However, we're currently looking at ways to better adapt to player activity in the game, and this AC might not mean anything depending on that decision. In light of that, we've decided to waive this month's AC entirely instead. Everyone currently in the game passes. Hiatuses taken for November won't count.
