Hey, folks, Nick over here bringing in a character concept I've had in my brain for well over a year now: Anton Keldek. The reincarnation of none other than motherfucking Skeletor. In this life though, instead of a warlord, he's the CEO of a major weapons manufacturer and all around dangerous fella holed up in-- well, that information will be coming soon as well.

For now, rest assured he's got big plans.

I'll have an IC intro for him up soonish. Probably once my brain recovers fully from the switch from vacation to work mode. Hit me up if you want to do any plotting with him, either as an enemy or as a potential employer. Benefits include high pay and having a front row seat for the conquest of Earth.

Plot Post: August 4th, 2015

Hey everyone, it's time for our second plot post! There's a fair bit more to cover than we had last week, so give this one a read - we've shaken a couple exciting things loose.

As always, plot events in Raise the Earth generally aren't going to take care of themselves - even phenomena that come to an end will have fallout and lingering after-effects. Take to the streets, investigate, compare notes, and take action!

Test Drive

On August 10th, a new test drive will be posted, and this one is a little special. Three of the prompts on it will be for each of the three above events. So, if you or anyone else is looking to test drive a character, they can get in on the ground floor of an in-game event and have it carry over provided they get into the game! This way, new players have the opportunity to integrate their characters a bit more readily to what's going on in the game! Existing players can make a top-level comment in the test drive, make a post on the community, or both; prospective players can jump right into the plot via the test drive, so let's get some action running!
